Ayurveda Self Care
Earlier this month, the Ayurveda Self-Care Workshop, led by Dr. Radha Krishna, took place at Sangam and was warmly received by all who attended.
The session offered practical and insightful guidance on nurturing gut health and included an uplifting group session of face yoga that left everyone feeling refreshed and energised. The morning ended on a joyful note, with participants bonding over a spread of healthy yet irresistibly delicious refreshments.

Sangam runs many meaningful projects, and we’re always looking for kind-hearted volunteers, especially to support our Hot Meal Service on Wednesday evenings.
You don’t need any previous volunteering experience, and there’s no need to commit every week. All we ask for is a few hours of your time and a willingness to help others.
