Mental Health Awareness Month is a time to recognize the importance of mental well-being and to encourage open, supportive conversations. It’s a reminder to check in with ourselves and others, and to prioritize mental health just as we do physical health.
Let’s work together to reduce stigma, show compassion, and support those around us, this month and every month.

EACH Counselling
We are pleased to announce that the Sangam Foundation is funding a low-cost counselling service to support people with a wide range of issues, including emotional well-being and mental health difficulties. Counselling assessments will be free of charge. Support is available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. For appointments, please see the attached flyer.
